Can't It Stay Sunny Forever

It has been so cold for the last couple of days. I hate winter. I don't want Winter to come. I love winter when it comes to Christmas lights and christmas itself. My favorite is when it snowing and the lights are all ablaze misting the snow filled sky. What I hate about winter the most is the dull gloomy neutral colorless haze of a grey that seems to be absorbed by everything. Not just the sky turns grey but the trees turn grey. They reflect the grey in effort to minimize any energy left from the wonderfully warm summer sun. Reminding you of the sleepless death all the plants take on during the winter.

But this grey only happens when no snow lays peacefully on the frozen ground. Global warming what little effects it has or big effects has reduced are annual snow fall each winter. Sometimes giving us a nice snow yeild or just refusing due to weather conditions to not produce at all. But when there's no snow winter sports and winter fun is lost. All you can see for miles is the endless grey of the sky, trees, and grey road smeared with salt to stop any ice from being to slick.

When everything is sunless and grey depression creeps deep into my bones and strains my intire being. I become lathargic and moody not to mention I would prefer sleeping over any other activity. Simply put lack of sun means I get that seasonal depression thing and I hate it because than I can't be who I want to be on the outside.

That's why I hate winter. Depression is not fun.
